We are looking for Intern Writers.
(1) TECHNOLOGY INTERN WRITER:
We are looking for someone who has deep passion for and sufficient knowledge in technology.
The ideal writer will be able to
– follow technology trends in Africa and around the world,
– break interesting technology stories and analysis
– write helpful and informative life hack articles that show people how to do cool stuff using technology tools around them
– write excellent product reviews on new gadgets, software tools etc
– dissect important technology breakthroughs and show their relevance to everyday people’s lives
Essential Duties & Expectations
– Some previous writing experience, showing good command of English (you will be required to show proof of previous writing online)
– Unique and easy to follow writing style
– possess good technology usage skills and awareness (you should be very familiar with computers, software tools necessary to function as a tech writer
– have great research and fact checking skills
– Technical knowledge about as many technology trends, issues, tools as possible (USSD, startups/companies, Consumer tech products, apps, hardware, cloud solutions, B2B/SaaS, etc)
– Ability to think quickly and creatively
– Ability to research and write quality how to articles explaining various useful tech tools, trends, resources etc

(2) BUSINESS INTERN WRITER:
We are looking for someone with sufficient interest, knowledge in business to write for Nairabrains.
The Ideal Business Intern Writer will be able to
– follow business trends in Africa and around the world
– write interesting business stories/articles, and analysis
– write inspiring profile stories on successful business people, entrepreneurs and companies
– research and write informative articles helping small businesses tackle challenges and gain useful insights/information
Essential Duties & Expectations
– Must demonstrate some prior writing experience with good command of English (you will be required to show proof of previous writings online)
– Unique and easy to read writing style
– Good knowledge and awareness about as many business trends, issues, tool, resources as possible (companies, stock market, investing, cryptocurrency, industry, small business, management, etc)
– Ability to think quickly and creatively
– Ability to research and write quality how to articles explaining various helpful business ideas, resources, trends etc and how they can be useful to the average reader
– Ability to write case studies, identify, reach out and write good interview articles

We are looking for someone who has deep passion for and sufficient knowledge in life matters.
The ideal writer will be able to

– write funny, interesting and enlightening stories and analysis about people, life, travel, entertainment etc
– write helpful and informative life hack articles that show people how to do cool stuff, improve their lives, get access to information that makes life easier for them
– write excellent, well researched posts on different aspects of life- write important, relatable inspirational stories and pieces
– write interesting articles on life skills, life conditions/situations and scenarios that will capture people’s interest
